Easy Restuarant Style Cauliflower Manchuria/lallyrecipes Ingredients Cauliflower – 1 ( medium size) Maida – 3/4 cup ( maida or all purpose flour) Corn flour – 1 tbl spoon Chilly powder – 1 tsp Vinegar – 1/2 tsp Salt – 1/2 tsp ( to taste) Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp Onion – 1 cup ( finely chopped ) Bell pepper – 1/2 cup ( chopped length wise) Soya sauce – 2 tbsp. Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp. Ajinomoto – 1/4 tsp (optional) Spring onion – 1 tbsp. ( for garnishing) Oil – for preparing fritters and sauteing Method Cut the gobi into small petals. Soak it in salt water for 10 minutes. Drain the gobi and half cook it. Make a thick paste using corn flour , maida, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, and vinegar. Add water as required. Toss the gobi in the paste , deep fry in hot oil and set aside.
