North Indian Delicious Drumstick Potato (Aloo) Mixed Masala Gravy Curry Recipe


Simple  Drum stick masala Curry with Superb taste .To prepare this all you need  is the following
Ingredients


Potato (Aloo)-  1/2 kg
Drumstick -     1  Big,
Onions   -           4
Tomatoes          2
Ginger Garlic Paste -  1 tsp
Fresh Coriander leaves        few
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder -  1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/8 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
Water - 1 cup
Salt to taste.

Directions 

   Cut each Potato into 4 pieces and also Drum sticks cut into 2 inch pieces.

   Chop the Onions and tomato finely and keep aside .

    Heat oil and ginger garlic paste cook for a 30 seconds.

    Add onion and cook till golden.

    Add turmeric, chilli , coriander, and garam masala powder and mix well.

    Add tomato and cook till tomato is done and oils starts to separate.

    Add  aloo and  Drum stick
 pieces and salt and mix well.

    Cover and cook for another two  minutes.

    Add water , cover  and cook again on medium flame.

    Cook till aloo and  Drum sticks are tender.

   Garnish with Fresh coriander leaves

    Serve with rice or roti
