Easy Restuarant Style Cauliflower Manchuria/lallyrecipes Ingredients Cauliflower Р1 ( medium size) Maida Р3/4 cup ( maida or all purpose flour) Corn flour Р1 tbl spoon Chilly powder Р1 tsp Vinegar Р1/2 tsp Salt Р1/2 tsp ( to taste) Ginger garlic paste Р1 tsp Onion Р1 cup ( finely chopped ) Bell pepper Р1/2 cup ( chopped length wise) Soya sauce Р2 tbsp. Tomato ketchup Р2 tbsp. Ajinomoto Р1/4 tsp (optional) Spring onion Р1 tbsp. ( for garnishing) Oil Рfor preparing fritters and sauteing Method Cut the gobi into small petals. Soak it in salt water for 10 minutes. Drain the gobi and half cook it. Make a thick paste using corn flour , maida, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, and vinegar. Add water as required.
