Spicy Stuffed Bhendi Dry Curry With Paneer/lallyrecipes
Ingredients:

Bhendi(okra)   1/2 kg
Diced onions   1/2 cup
Diced tomato   1/2 cup
pinch of hing
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Oil            3 tbsp

For Stuffing 

Paneer            1/2 cup
coriander powder  1 tsp
red chilli powder  1 tsp
Amchur powder  1 tsp
Garam masala    1/2 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves  Few
Salt to taste

Directions


Wash the Bhendi  and pat it .

Dry them and trim the edges and slit on one side lengthwise and  keep aside.

Mix all the ingredients of stuffing with 1/2 tsp oil and stuff 1 tsp per Bhendi

Arrange the stuffed Bhendi(okra) on a microwave safe plate, drizzle some oil and cook in microwave for 4 min on high.

In the meantime heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add onions,turmeric powder and hing n stir for 2 min.

Then add the cooked okra to the onion mixture, sprinkle some salt and let it cook for 2 min.

Stir occasionally and then add diced tomato and remaining stuffing if available.

 Mix softly and  let them cook for 3 more min. You stuffed  bhendi (okra) is ready to Serve with Rice or Roti
