Crispy Mixed Dal Vada Snack Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup – Mixed dal (green mung dal, yellow tuvar dal, channa dal) 
 Onion (Big) finely chopped (option)
 Chilli finely chopped 1 tbsp
 Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
 Ginger paste -1 tbsp
 Corinader finely chopped- 2 tbsp
  Salt to taste 
Oil as needed

Directions

Corasley grind the dals. If they do not get ground then add little water.

Add the rest to the ground paste.

Heat oil in a deep fry pan and when it gets really hot reduce flame and start adding the dal wadas to it.

Take 1-2 spoonful of batter in your hand and shake to form rounds and add it to the oil.

Cook on medium flame till brown remove and serve with  Green chutney
