Easy and Tasty Palak Corn Mixed Gravy Curry Recipe

Ingredients

Spinach - 1 1/2 cups
Onion - 1/2 cup
Tomatoes- 1 cup
Corn -1/2 cup
Green chilli -2
Ginger paste- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Amchur - 2 pinch
Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Bay leaves 1
Oil -1 tsp
Butter-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:


1.Add a tablespoon of oil in a kadai and fry the onions until golden brown.

2.Then add the chopped tomatoes and green chillies.Cook for 3-4 mins.

3.Once the tomatoes are cooked add the chopped spinach and cook for 5 mins
.
4.Cool the mixture for 10 mins and then puree it in a blender.

5.Add the butter in a frying pan and add the cumin seeds.Once the seeds splutter add the bay leaf,ginger paste,turmeric,chilli,coriander powder,amchur,garam masala.Fry them for 5 mins.

6.Add the corn to the fried masala and then let the corn cook for 3 mins.

7.Add the grinded spinach paste and cook the entire mix for 15 mins.

8.Serve hot with Naan  and Chapathi or Jeera Rice
