Ingredients


2 bunches spinach (chopped)
100 gms potatoes (quartered)
1 green chili
1 tbsp melted butter
1 pack Palak Aloo masala
1 tsp white cumin seeds
Salt To Taste
Garnish: Tomato slices, Lemon wedges

Directions

Heat the butter in a sauce-pan, add the cumin seeds and fry for ½ a minute.

 Add the spinach, potatoes, salt and chillies. Add 3 cups of water and  Masala mix well.

Cover and cook over a moderate heat for about 10 minutes. Stir several times and then arrange the tomato and lemon slices over the mixture.

Cover, lower the heat and cook for another 5 minutes.

Serve With Roti or Naan
