Helthy American Chopsuey Salad Recipe.Quick Making


Ingredients


2 cups boiled noodles
2 cups crispy fried noodles (half boiled noodle coated in cornflower and deep fried)
4 cups grated cabbage, onion, carrot & capsicum
1 tbsp oil
1 ½ cup water
½ packet Knorr Easy to Cook Chinese Schezuan
4 tbsp Kissan tomato ketchup
Spring onion to garnish
Salt to taste

Directions

1. Combine 1½ cups of water along with ½ packet of Knorr Easy to Cook Schezuan in a saucepan, mix well and bring to a boil. Cook until the sauce has thickened.

2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and add the vegetables. Stir-fry over a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
 
3. Combine the prepared sauce, vegetables, boiled noodles, Kissan tomato ketchup and salt and cook for a few minutes. Add half of the fried noodles and mix well.

4. Serve hot, garnish with remaining fried noodles and green spring onion.

Note

To make a non-veg Chopsuey, add julienned chicken and garnish with a fried egg.
