Healthy Homemade Cabbage and Tomato Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

50 gms cabbage, shredded or chopped
1 packet Knorr® Tomato Soup
1 carrot, sliced
1 green pepper / capsicum
Any fresh herb of choice, chopped
black pepper and salt to taste

Method


1. Boil all the vegetables in a large cooking pot, with 800 ml of water.
2. Add the soup mix stirring constantly and boil gently for approximately 10 minutes.
3. Cover the soup and let it simmer on a lowered heat until all the vegetables are cooked.
4. Add the black pepper, salt and chopped herbs for flavour and garnish.
