Healthy and Easy Baby corn Paneer Capsicum Masala Mixed Gravy Curry Recipe

Ingredients:

Easy and Tasty Baby corn Paneer Capsicum Masala curry recipe/lallyrecipes

6-8 Baby Corns
1 Cup Paneer/Cottage cheese cubes
1 Capsicum
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder/ to taste (as we are adding green chillies in the paste)
1//2 tsp Turmeric Powder/Haldi
1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds/Jeera
1/2 + 1/2 Tbsp Oil
3 Tbsp Milk
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnish

For Grinding:

1 Tomato
1 Onion
3 cloves of Garlic
1 inch piece of Ginger
2 Green Chillies

Method

1. Grind tomato,onion,ginger,garlic and green chillies into a smooth p


2.Heat 1/2 Tbsp Oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds..After they splutter,add capsicum aand keep frying till they are half cooked.. Keep it aside..

3.Heat the rest 1/2 Tbsp oil and the ground paste in it and add the turmeric,red chilli and garam masala powders.. Keep frying till the oil leaves the sides..


4.Add babycorn and salt and mix well.. Cover and cook for 5 minutes..

5.When the babycorn is cooked, add the capsicum and paneer and mix well...
6. Add milk and allow it to come to a boil..

7.Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves..
Serve hot with rotis or rice!
