How to Make North Indian Special Cauliflower Pickle , Avakaya Recipe
Ingredients
Cauliflower florets 2cups
Red chilli powder 2tsp
Salt to taste
Garlic pods 4
Lemon juice 3tsp
Chana dal 1/4 tsp
Urad dal 1/4tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4tsp
Curry leaves 5
Fenugreek seeds 2 tsp
Oil 4tsp
Method
Clean cauliflower florets and add lemon juice and salt and leave it for 30min.
Heat oil in pan add the mustard urad , chana dal and curry leaves after the mustard starts spluttering add garlic pods and remove from heat.
Add this to the cauliflower floretswith fenugreek seed chillipowder and mix well.
