How to make Easy and Spicy Low-Calorie Cabbage Diet Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 thinly sliced onion
• 3 cloves
• Chopped garlic
• 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper
• 2 tablespoons cumin
• 1 tablespoon dry mustard
• 5 cups and a tablespoon of vegetable broth
• 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
• 1 15 oz canned tomatoes
• 2 tomatoes cut into cubes
• 3 cups of savory cabbage, sliced thinly
• Black pepper to taste
• Salt to taste

Method

1) Use a medium soup pot to heat the 1 tablespoon of vegetable broth.
2) Add onions to the broth and saute for about 5 minutes. Then stir in the jalapeno and the garlic. Make sure you saute for another minute.
3) Next, stir in the mustard and the cumin.
4) Then add the rest on the broth and all other ingredients other than the cabbage, salt and pepper.
5) Simmer for half an hour without covering it.
6) Then add the thinly sliced cabbage. Cook for the next 5 minutes.
7) Then season the soup with salt and pepper.
