Healthy and easy making of Chocolate cake with Raspberries


Ingredients


250 grams rasberries fresh
1 egg
100 ml coffee espresso
120 grams chocolate chopped into small pieces
120 grams butter
90 grams sugar
2 tablespoon coco powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 grams flour

Directions

Poor the coffee in a pot and add the sugar and butter.

Remove from the heat when melts and add the graded chocolate.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and the coco powder and mix them with the chocolate mixture until smooth.

Add the egg and mix again.

The baking tray should be around 18cm diameter. Butter it with oil and place baking paper on top, poor half of the mixture on the tray.

Spread the raspberries and then poor the other half of the mixture.

Bake in pre-heated oven 180 – 190C for approximately 50 minutes.

The ready cake can be decorated with more raspberries or chocolate topping, made by melting 100 gram of milk chocolate
