Simple Coriander  Chutney Recipe/lallyrecipes
Ingredients

Chopped Cilantro/Coriander leaves - 2 Cups 
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup 
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp 
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp 
Onions(Small) - 2 
Garlic - 3 cloves 
Green Chillies - 4 
Salt to taste 
Tamarind - small gooseberry size

For  Tempering: 

Red Chilli -2
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp 
Oil - 2 tsp 
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp 
Curry leaves - a few 

Directions 

Take all the ingredients in a blender and grind  until smooth and in the consistency of chutney.

Heat oil in a small kadai, add mustard seeds, when it splutters add urad dhal and curry leaves.

Fry until the dal turns light brown and pour over the chutney. This makes a quick and great combination for Dosa or Chapathi.
