1/2 cup Rice Flour
1 cup Besan/Sanaga pindi
1 tbspGhee/ Dalda
2 tsp Chilli Powde
1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds/Nuvvulu
Salt to taste
Directions
In kadai/Karahi Heat oil for deep fryingin a medium heat.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and Mix well add Ghee to this mixture.
Next add little water at a time till u make semi soft dough.
Take lemon size dough into the mold
Using the top press some dough right into the hot oil.
Press slightly to make ribbons and cut off to release it into the oil.
You can find bubbles will come up.
Turn it after a minute and continue cooking until the murukku turns golden brown it means your murukku is done.
Remove and drop it to a tissue /paper towel lined plate.
Repeat with same with rest of the dough/batter.
Let it Cool and then store it in air tight container.
