Easy Homemade Delicious Vegetable Wheat Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
Large whole wheat pizza crust 1
sliced Brinjal( eggplant ) 1
sliced Capsicum (red pepper) 1
sliced Onion 1
Chopped mushrooms 1/2 cup
olive oil 1/2 cup
Pizza sauce 1 Cup
Shredded cheese 1 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
Olives Few
Cooking Directions
First get ready with roasted/caramelized vegetables.
Preheat oven to 375 F degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Arrange the eggplant slices, Capsicum (red pepper) slices, and artichoke hearts on the baking sheet.
Drizzle the veggies lightly with olive oil. Place in the oven and roast until they are browned about 15 to 20 min.
While the veggies are roasting, Sprinkle olive oil into a large skillet over low-medium heat.
Add the onion and mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, to slightly caramelize to a nice color
Remove roasted veggies from the oven and caramelized onions/mushrooms from the stove. Set them all aside.
The crust with pizza sauce, then the shredded cheese, then all the roasted vegetables. Bake for 10 to 15 min minutes.
Sprinkle hot pizza with grated parmesan cheese.
