How to make Easy and Spicy Capsicum Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:


Capsicum     500 gms
Bamati rice - 2 cups
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Onion - 1 small (sliced)
Green Chilies - 2
Turmeric    Pinch
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tea spoon
Cinnamon stick - 1 small piece
Clove - 2
Bay leaf -1 small
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 3-4 tea spoon
Coriander leaves  Few


Red and Green Colored Capsicum preferred as it looks  pretty in this dish.


Directions

Wash and Slice the Capsicum into  Small Pieces .

Then in a Cooker  Cook Basmati rice and keep aside.

Heat cooking Pan add oil ,fennel seeds, cinnamon stick, clove, bay leaf and give a quick stir.

Then Add the sliced onions, green chilies and Turmeric saute until the onions turn transparent.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell leaves out.

 Add the Sliced capsicums to it and give a stir for 2-3 minutes. close the pan with lid for a minute in lower flame.

 Capsicums get cooked quickly, then add the cooked rice and required amount of salt to it and mix well

 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with raitha  or any Gravy Curry.
