Spring Onion Mixed Green Gram Pakoda/Pesara/Moong dal Pakodas Crispy Snack Recipe

Ingredients

Green gram/Moong Dal                              2 Cups
Onion Chopped                                          1 big
Coriander Leaves                                       1 Bunch
Curry Leaves                                             1 Bunch
Green Chilly                                               5 Numbers
Salt                                                             as Required
Spring Onions                                             1 Cup( chopped)
Ginger                                                         1/2 inch piece
Oil                                                              as required to fry


Directions

First you need to Soak moong dal for one hour, then blend to a coarse paste.

In a bowl add blended moong dal paste, onion, spring onions,salt, green chilly, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger chopped mix well.

In kadai add oil for frying, make small dumplings and add to oil.fry till golden brown color.

Remove from heat and transfer them in to a serving bowl .

Serve hot the healthy moong dal vada with chutney  or Chilli Sauce of your choice.
