North Indian Drumstick Potato (Aloo ) Mixed Masala Gravy Curry
Drumsticks 250 gm
Tomato 1
Potaoes 2(Big size)
Onions 2
Garlic 5 Pods
Mustard seeds ½ tablespoon
Cumin seeds ½ tablespoon
Black pepper ½ tablespoon
Salt 2 tablespoon
Oil 4 tablespoon
Water 1 cup
Method
Making masala
Grind onion, ginger, garlic, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper all together and make fine paste and keep it aside.
Now in a pan or tawa add oil and once it is heated add the potato. Shallow fry the potatoes till they turn light brown.
Afterwards add the masala paste, tomatoes and salt and fry them till the masala leaves the oil.
Add water and drumsticks and cover it with a lid. Cook on low flame for 15 mins.
Once the potatoes have become tender and the gravy has become thick it is done, serve hot the Drumstick Masala curry with Chapathis or even with rice.
