How to make Simple Rasam Powder

Ingredients

1/4 cup Channa Dal
4 tsp os Salt
1 cup Toor Dal
3 cup Daniya (coriander seeds)
1 cup Whole Black pepper
1/4 cup cumin
2 cup Dried Red chillies

Directions

Dry roast all the above ingredients in a kadai until brown colour and till u get good aromatic.

Take a completely dry food processor and grind the mixture into a powder.

Now store this in air tight container and can be  used for almost 6 months  in your Rasam preparation and  enjoy the delightful aroma of Rasam
