Moong dal (Pesara pappu) - 2 cups
Ginger garlicr paste - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 4
Curry leaves - 5
Mint leaves - 10
Chopped Onion - 1 Big
Salt
Oil
Directions
Soak moong dal for at least 2 hours.
Drain water and grind it along with green chilli
Take grinded paste into a bowl.
Add chopped curry leaves, mint leaves, onion and garlic ginger paste.
Add salt. Make small patties like vadas.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Fry this patties in heated oil till they turn golden brown.
Serve hot with any Green Chutney or Ketchup.
