Spicy and Crunchy Sweet Potato Crisps  Healthy Snack Recipe/lallyrecipes
Ingredients

Sooji              -1/4kg
Sweet potato  - 1/2 kg
Tamarind Juice -2 tsp
Salt                  -as needed
oil                     -4 tsp

For Masala

Jeera              -  1 tsp
Fennel seeds  -1/2 tsp
Chana dal      - 1 tsp
Pepper           1/4 tsp
Red chilli         -8
Curry leaves     few


Directions

 Par Boil the sweet potatos and cut them into long pieces

In tawa Fry the ingredients given for masala with out oil .Let it cool for 5 min.

In blender add tamarind juice,salt,fried ingredients ,water and make masala paste (shouldn't be fine).

Take the masala paste in to a bowl.

Add boiled sweet potato pieces in the masala. Mix it well.

Take a  plate of sooji and now dip the masala Pieces to get coated with rawa.

In a pan add 4 tsp of oil and when it is hot add the pieces and allow it on both sides till get the in to brown colour.

Take out from the pan and place the in a tissue paper.

Serve hot with Sauce.
