How to make Easy and Healthy Oats stuffed Dosa

Urad dal – 1 cup
Oats – 1/2 cup
Rice – 2 cups
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1/4 cup
Salt – as required
Carrot – 1
Beans – 100 gms
Onion – 1 small
Red chillie powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 3 tbs p
Directions
Wash and soak dal, rice and fenugreek seeds in water for nearly 4 hours and grind to a fine paste..
Heat a spoon of oil in a pan and saute finely chopped onion till they are soft .
Now add finely chopped beans, cabbage, carrot and oats till they lose their raw smell.
Now add red chillie powder, salt as required and a cup of water.
Mix well and cover it to cook on medium heat till they are done.
Let it cool.
Add salt as required to the batter and mix well .
Make it into pouring consistency adding water as required.
Heat a flat non stick dosa pan and pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread to a thin dosa..
Cook it and remove before it turns to brown color.
Place this dosa on a plate and spread tomato sauce on it.
Now put a spoonful of vegetables mixture and spread evenly on the dosa. sprinkel grated cheese or
Coriander leaves and Roll it
Cut into an inch pieces and serve with Coconut chutney or Chilli sauce..
