1 cup pudina leaves
2 table spoons chana dal
1 tea spoon salt
3 to 4 green chillies
2 red chillies
1 tea spoon Mustard
1 tea spoon jeera
1 tea spoon urad dal
6 to 8 curry leaves
1 tea spoon sugar, or jaggary
1 table spoon oil
half tea spoon hing
a small lemon size ball of tamarind
Directions
Heat half table spoon of oil in a pan.
To it add 2 table spoons of chanadal.
Fry until golden color and add green chillies.
Fry for few sec. and add pudina leaves.
Fry for a min and switch of the flame, let the ingredients cool.
Now make a fine paste adding tamarind, salt,Jaggery and sufficient water. Take it into a bowl.
Heat half table spoon of oil in a pan.
Add mustard to it. When musturd starts spluttering add urad dal, jeera, red chillies, curry leaves and hing. Fry well and add the thadka to the chutney.
Hot mint Leaves Chutney is ready to Serve with any pakoda or u can have with Rice also
