Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups raw broccoli pieces
    2 1/2 cups raw cashews
    1/4 cup onions
    2 garlic cloves
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 small jalapeno
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon himalayan pink salt

Method

   Add cashews to a food processor and process until they are completely chopped into fine pieces.

Add all remaining ingredients in the food processor with the cashew pieces.

Pulse approximately 40 times until everything is well combined and has a paste-like consistency.

Scoop out mixture and roll into small bite size ball pieces.

 Enjoy! The Balls Can be eaten plain or dipped in your favorite raw dip or dressing.
