 Simple and Best Bhindi Oninon Curry recipe/lallyrecipes
Ingredients:

 250 g bhindi/ okra
½ packet Dal Makhani  Masala
2 medium sized onions, chopped
 1 tbsp garlic paste
 1 tsp coriander paste or powder
 1 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
1 large tomato
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup chopped dhaniya (Cilantro)


Directions

Cut the two ends of the bhindi off.

In a pan or kadhai, heat the oil and add the onions.

Sauté for 3 minutes and then add the garlic paste, coriander, cumin seeds, ½ packet  Dal Makhani masala and ½ cup of water.

 Cook for 3 minutes.

Add bhindi/ okra, and then cook for 6-8 minutes.

 Garnish with chopped tomato and cilantro.

Serve the Bhindi Dopiaza with Naan or roti.
