Spicy Cauliflower Fry Punjabi Special Recipe



Ingredients:
Spicy Cauliflower  Fry Special Recipe/lallyrecipes

3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 inch of ginger peeled & sliced
1 green chilli chopped
1 large cauliflower trimmed, cut into florets
1 pack Knorr paneer butter masala
juice of 1/2 a lemon

Method:

In a large saucepan, heat the oil over moderately high heat.

 Add the mustard seeds, reduce the heat to moderate and cover the pan.

When the seeds stop spattering, remove the lid and add the ginger and green chilli.

Fry, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes. Add the cauliflower and Knorr mix; stir well. Sprinkle the lemon juice and 1 cup water over the top.

Cover the pan, reduce the heat to low and cook the cauliflower for 20 minutes, or until florets are tender, but not mushy.Turn the contents of the pan into a serving dish. Sprinkle over the coriander.
