Healthy and Simple Oats Rava Dosa Recipe

1 Cup Rava/Sooji/Semolina
3/4 Cup Instant Oats (I use Quaker)
1/2 Cup Rice powder
1/4 Cup Whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp Pepper powder/ to taste (Can substitute with 3 green chillies)
1 Tbsp Cumin seeds/Jeera
Salt to taste
Oil for greasing the pan
Directions
Take all the flours and add in a bowl..
Add water to it and make a batter of very thin (buttermilk like) consistency..The batter should be free flowing from the ladle.
Add pepper powder, cumin seeds and salt..Mix well..Cover and keep the batter to rest for 30 mins..
Note: If you are in a hurry,you can skip the batter resting part.
Heat a pan and add few drops of oil to it...Pour the dosa batter on to it giving it no particular shape..You cannot spread it like a normal dosa..Lot of holes are formed on the dosa which is required for it to cook..
Let it cook uncovered on high flame.
When the dosa is cooked,it will slowly unwind from the pan..You can then slowly lift the dosa from the pan removing the sides first... No need to flip and cook the dosa again..
Serve Oats rava dosa with Chutney or Sambar.
