Healthy and Easy Dhokla Recipe with Great Taste

For the batter:
1 cup Bengal gram flour / Besan
1 Tbsp Semolina / Rava (Avoid if preparing gluten free)
1/2 Tbsp Sugar(Optional)
Salt to taste
2 tsp Eno fruit salt
For the seasoning:
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
2 to 3 green chillies chopped finely
1 lemon
1/2 Tbsp sugar (Optional)
2 tbsp water
For garnish:
Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped to taste
Take a bowl and add the flour, semolina,salt and sugar to it and make a slightly thick paste adding water little by little at a time..Mix well to form a lump free batter..Keep it aside..
Grease a microwave safe container with little oil...
Add Eno fruit salt to the batter and just fold it inside the batter..Do not over mix..
.Pour the batter on to the container..
Place it in the microwave for 4 minutes at 360 watts power..Every microwave is different so keep an eye on it...Dhokla is done when it is not sticky on the top surface... Allow it to cool..
Prepare the seasoning by spluttering mustard seeds and cumin in oil and adding green chillies to it..Fry it for some time..Remove from flame and squeeze lemon into it.. Add sugar and water and mix well...
Remove the dhokla from the container and cut in desired shapes..Pour the seasoning over it..
Garnish with coriander leaves..Serve Hot.
