Healthy and Crispy Snack Recipe for kids Make with Oats and Seeds Muesli bars.Quick and Prepare Easily

Ingredients

1 cup oats
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
1 cup sultanas
125 gram butter unsalted
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions

roast dry ingredients (5ish mins on high heat in a dry pan, stirring occasionally)

mix butter, sugar, honey in a pan on high heat. Boil for a while. Reduce heat. Let simmer until a drop of the mixture dropped into ice water forms a hard ball

mix sultanas into the dry and roasted stuff

mix in everything thoroughly. Pack tightly into a shallow pan or tupperware containers. You want the muesli bars to be only 1-2 cm thick.

Cool to room temperature. Slice into bars or break up into bite-sized chunks. Keep out of reach of flatmates.
