Easy and Healthy Green Gram Stuffed Bread Rolls Snack Recipe For kids
Instructions:
For making Dough:
In a big bowl, add wheat flour and little water.
Make a soft dough, as we are preparing for bread.
Cover it and keep aside for 15-20 min.
For making stuff:
Wash and soak split green gram for 1-2 hour.
In a grinder, add soaked split green gram.
Grind it.
Make fine paste and keep aside.
Heat the oil in a pan on a medium flame, add cumin seed, hing, turmeric powder and dal paste, mix well.
Fry for 3-4 min.
Add red chilli powder, salt and dry mango powder.
Again fry for 4-5 min.
Transfer into bowl and keep aside, allow to cool.
Make it two bread, place the 2 tbsp of stuffing on the one bread and cover it with the second one.
Cook on a pre-heated tawa on a low flame and place the stuff bread.
Spread little oil on the bread and shallow fry.
Turn it again and pour oil on the other side.
Cook it till the bread becomes golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot split green gram bread with yogurt.
